Most products are pre-order, unless stated otherwise.

Therefore, once all orders have been placed, the manufacturer will then begin production.

Allow at least 10-20 working days for the product to be made and shipped to you.

Some products are pre-made so shipping can take up to 2 days.

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent a confirmation email followed by a tracking number once it has been shipped.

All sales are final.

Any items that have been worn, used, washed or are not in their original state and or not in the original packaging with the original content and tags will not be considered.

If you would like to return an item you have received due to a manufacturing fault, contact us via email info.kataldsgn@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

You must wait for a return address to be sent to you via email as the address for returns are different.

We are not liable for any items sent to the wrong return address/ an address not stated to you via email.
